How it works
Events begin conversations.Corners keep them going.
Conversations deepen understanding. Reflection creates learning. Learning enables improvement.

01
Conversations
Short contributions introduce an issue, idea or challenge. Two short talks can start the afternoon. The point is not to sit through content. It is to put a live organisational question on the table.
02
Reflection / peer discussion
People doing the work compare experiences, question assumptions and explore different perspectives. Most discussion is in tables. Contribute as much or as little as you like. Our aim is not agreement.
03
Learning
Useful insight emerges from experience, reflection and research. You may leave with a better approach. You may leave clearer that you are already doing the right things.
04
Corners
Corners are small peer communities built around shared workplace challenges, interests and opportunities. They provide trusted environments where conversations continue, ideas develop and relationships grow between events. Corners can emerge as new challenges and interests develop.
05
Learning returns
What a Corner learns does not have to stay private. Insight can return into the wider community, so the next conversation starts further on. Events begin conversations. Corners keep them going.
Experience tells us what happened.
Research helps us understand why.
Together, they help us make better decisions.
